Dear Lisa Sean and Gail, My very sincere condolences to each of you as you celebrate the new life of your dear Dad. He has lived a good life, and touched so very many students in his years of teaching. It is because of people like your Dad, that there IS hope for this world when young people are formed by a plain good man!!! Lisa, Sean & Gail, I do not need to tell you what a wonderful, kind, gentleman and gentle man your Father was. He was truly one of a kind. One of my many favourite memories of your Dad was when I would call the house and he would exclaim, 'hey Lee, it's Tree'. He seemed to get such a kick out of that. We are saddened to hear of Jim’s passing. Jim married our cousin Barbara and we were able to get to know Jim over the years. Jim was a very gentle and kind man who treated Barb with great respect. Jim came to our home during the holidays for many years and we loved that he enjoyed our cooking. Jim taught History in secondary school but he maintained his passion for it throughout his life. He was intelligent but his most loving quality was his kind hearted spirit. Jim and Barbara brought each other much happiness and joy. We will miss you Jim.
