SISTI, Ferruccio Domenico

Born on October 6, 1932 in Fraine, Chieti, Italy. It is with heartfelt love and sadness that we say goodbye to our amazing Dad and Nonno who passed away peacefully on May 30th, 2022. Reunited with his beloved wife, Immacolata (1997). Loving father of Anna Maria, Tony (Nancy), John (Lisa), Angela (Glenn) Hewitt and Adelina (Piero) DeBlasis. Treasured Nonno of Michael, Christina, Andrew, Ferruccio, Dario, Salvatore, David, Annessa, Gabriella, Alessio, and Alex. Son of the late Alfredo and Adelina Sisti. Dear brother of the late Goffredo (Elisa), the late Delio (late Lina), the late Osvaldo (Nicoletta), Adriana (Alberigo) Martino and Romano (Maria). He will be deeply missed by many nieces, nephews and friends in Canada, the United States and Italy. Proud lifetime member of Ciociaro Club, a skilled carpenter, an avid gardener, an experienced winemaker, a talented handyman, and a fantastic cook. His family was his world and his grandchildren were his pride and joy. Nonno loved celebrating all their accomplishments and was their biggest supporter. Our adorable Dad was a kind gentleman who will be remembered for his big heart of gold, his beautiful smile, his charisma and his wisdom. Special thanks to Dr. Ruisi, Dr. Rosenhek, Dr. Chung, Dr. Morgan and the dedicated nursing staff of Windsor Regional who took care of him over the years.

Visitation to be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd E. 519-253-7234, on Thursday June 2nd, 2022 from 2-5pm and 7-9pm. Parish prayers at 4pm. Funeral Services on Friday, June 3rd, 2022 at 9:45am from the funeral home then to St. Anne’s Parish (12233 Tecumseh Rd E) for Funeral Mass at 10:30am. Entombment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. On behalf of Ferruccio, memorial donations may be made to St. Vincent de Paul or Hospice of Windsor/ Essex County.
