Obituary of Mary Louise Patterson

PATTERSON, Mary Louise (nee Pascoe) Passed away suddenly on May 31, 2013. Mary was called home to be with God at 83 years of age. Reunited with her loving husband Orville Patterson (Dec. 1988). Beloved mother of Raymond (Linda), Terry (Helen), Robert, Linda (Gerry), Greg (Lee) and Katherine. Predeceased by her mother Alfreda and father Thomas and siblings Phillis, Peggy, Hilda, Ted and Muriel. Mary is remembered fondly by her grandchildren Takat, Laura, Christian, Morag, Andrew, Emma, Brandon and Sarah. Mary was an active member of her church, and was very active for her age, taking Aqua Therapy at Western Hospital for years and will be dearly missed by her friends. She was a woman who touched the hearts of all who knew her. She loved good films, crosswords, day trips, Tim Hortons coffee, her Young and The Restless soap opera, which she seldom missed, and spending time with her family. Born in Beachville Ontario and raised in London, Ontario, Mary became a resident of Windsor, Ontario in 1959 having moved with her husband Orville whose job took him to Windsor with the Canadian National Railway. She was a very special lady, mother, grandmother and friend who will be very dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 519-253-7234, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Monday June 3, 2013 from 3-5 and 7-9 pm. Family and friends are invited to gather at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church (834 Raymo Rd.) on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 from 10 am until time of Funeral Mass at 11 am. Cremation to follow.
