Obituary of Donna Borcic-Robillard

BORCIC-ROBILLARD, Donna (Danica) "A butterfly lights beside us like a sunbeam. And for a brief moment of glory and beauty, belongs to our world. But then it flies away again. And though we wish it could have stayed, we feel lucky to have seen it." Donna passed away on July 15, 2012 at the age of 49 years. Beloved wife of Chris for 26 years. Cherished mama to Kayla, Jarrett and Myah. Dear daughter of Branko and Ljubica Borcic. Dear daughter in-law of George and Shirley Robillard. Loving sister of Melinda ( Dave ) Lafriniere, Nada Borcic (Ashoke) and Sophie (John) White. Loved sister in-law of Lori (Rob) Bremner and Jeff (Marnie) Robillard. Loving Tetka Danica to Jack, Danica, Luka and Aunt Donna to Shayne, Kory, Tyler, Hunter & Rhys. Forever loved and remembered by many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. Donna was a dedicated teacher with the G.E.C.D.S.B for 20 years at Victoria Public School in Tecumseh. She was actively involved with the Terry Fox Foundation. She was an inspiration to us all and her positive outlook and courage will forever live in our hearts. Donna was forever reminding us that each day was a gift. A celebration of Donna's life will be held on Thursday July 19, 2012 at 11:00 am in the Chapel. Interment to follow.
