To the Gillis/Gillies family - I am formerly from Creignish, Inverness County, but reside in Antigonish. I remember Peggy as being a very close friend to my mother's family through the years (famiily members both in Windsor and Cape Breton), and what a lovely couple she and Sam both were. . She certainly was a great lady, and although I hadn't seen her in many years, was amazed at how smart she remained until the end. Saw pictures of her 100th birthday celebrations.
