I just to say how proud I was to be Jean's daughter-in-law. It was only a couple of weeks ago on our ski weekend when I was bragging to friends that I had really lucked out in the mother-in-law department. Mom never interfered and never criticized. If anything, I wish she had offered more advice. She was so energetic and creative and talented whether she was baking, sewing, quilting, gardening, working with stained glass and so much more. I hope all of her grandchildren and their children inherit not only some of these skills but continue her legacy of kindness, goodness and her unconditional love of family. We will all miss this remarkable lady.
