Dear Joy and family; I was so sorry to hear of Mario�s passing. There will never be another one like him! I can still remember you and Mario doing the jitterbug in our living room on Buckingham Drive when I was a kid--the stereo was blasting, and the two of you were quite the boogie pair! We were all so impressed. :) He was one-of-a-kind, and although I didn�t see him often, he always had a HUGE welcome for me! I�m so sorry I couldn�t share my condolences in person. Thinking of you during this difficult time, love Karen (Hooper).

As you are probably aware, I am retired. I spend my winters in Florida doing what you always loved to do.....golf. I heard from a friend in Windsor that Mario passed away. I am so saddened to hear that. I will always remember Mario as a spectacular story teller, a very good skier and a master craftsman in woodworking. I fondly remember all of the lunches we had together. Joy, please know that I share your grief of the loss of your husband. Lionel Lamontagne

Hi Joy, I took a moment today to remember Mario and think of you. I remember Mario dancing with me and telling me " you no canno dance with those shoes!!" I also remember him dancing with Karen and telling her she "has legs like an elephant". That was a compliment, I think !!!! I have many fond, fond memories of Mario.
