Obituary of Lydia Nellie Huey

HUEY Nellie ( nee Patrick) Passed away in the presence of her Lord surrounded by her loving family at St. Joseph's Health Care Hamilton, onSaturday September 12, 2009 in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late Lloyd "L.K." Huey (2004). Loving mother of Bonnie and husband Ted Root of Hamilton, and the late Ronald (1962). Loving grandma to Matthew and wife Cliona Root, Melissa and Meaghan Root, and great-grandmother of Natalie, Ethan and Jacob. Dear sister of Ruth Patrick,Evelyn Wilbur, Carlyle Patrick and wife Ethel, Wilma Peever, Glen Patrick and wife Jacquie, and the late Charlotte Hope, Omer Patrick, Lloyd Patrick, Lyla Elgie, Esther Jardine, and Ilene Swing. Dear sister-in-law of Mr. Lorne Huey. The family would like to thank the satff at St. Joseph's Health Care in Hamilton, especially Dr. Brimble and the staff of 7th Floor Nephrology, for the care and compassion shown to our mother. Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME 1700 Tecumseh Rd., East on Friday September 18, 2009 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. The family will receive friends on Saturday September 19, 2009 at Parkwood Gospel Temple ( 3005 Temple Drive ) for visitation from 9:00 am until time of funeral Service at 10:00 am.
