Margaret, My sincere condolences to you and your family on Guido's passing. He was a wonderful man and a great asset to the Spinone community. Thanks to him, many of us have wonderful dogs that are the descendents of the dogs he so carefully bred and raised. He was always generous with his time and his knowledge and always willing to lend his advice. I didn't know him well but always enjoyed our conversations. He will be greatly missed. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers in the days and weeks to come. I hope wonderful memories of your years with Guido will help you through this difficult time. I am so sadden to find out that mr. Guido has passed away. I was lucky enough to have met him I am the proud owner of a great dog from what i think was his last litter (born nov. 1 2007 from Dino and Shanaya). I sent mr. Guido some photos af my beautiful dog Kirby he got them and we talk for the last time on hallowyn day he was pleased on how Kirby looked. I will miss my long phone conversations with him in italian (i am from Rome). May he rest in peace. God bless all of you. And please keep up Di MOrghengo!! Alfredo Giacometti
