Evelyn - was a woman - I saw & felt I just had to talk to one night at the Yacht Club, I had moved back to Windsor in the mid 90's from T.O & had not seen anyone who held such flair & intrigue as her. On first meeting she welcomed me & shared the connection of knowing my family. Over the following years, no matter where we met again, the Yacht Club, Capitol Theatre, music events, local Walkerville haunts, or during our metro shops, she gave me absolute pleasure to interact & always asked - how is the family, & we'd exchange a light-ongoing history of past to present. I truly admired her, respected, & felt in the presence of her were moments that left me her positive touch. I am saddened by this news of her passing & offer my heartfelt condolences to her family & loved ones.
