To Doris, Cheryl, Rick, and family, So sorry to read of Jerry’s passing. I met Jerry almost 50 years ago when I was the afternoon shift clerk at Champion’s Howard Avenue plant. Although we lost touch throughout the years, our paths crossed from time to time either on the front porch on Moy Avenue or more recently at Dr. Mikhail’s office. Even with the passage of so many years he was still the same guy; kind, considerate and really interested in how I was doing. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Dave Richards, Windsor.

Most of my life I had the honour and privilege to live next door to Mr. and Mrs. Dupuis. Some of my fondest memories are during the warmer months going over to see Mr. Dupuis working in his garage. That is where we spent a lot of our time; my mother would often be there along with Mr. & Mrs. Dupuis they would all partake in a beer or two. It seemed that his garage was the place to be during the warm months of the year. As I grew older, I would enjoy seeing your parents sitting on the porch; keeping watch over our neighbourhood. I would often walk over with a bottle of wine and we would sit and talk for hours. Mr. Dupuis was a great man and I will truly miss him. He always had a smile and was quick to share a good joke or two with you. He will always be remembered and missed greatly.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working along side Jerry at Lowe's. We would spend most of our shift chatting about his life and how much he loves his family. He was such a light to us both while we worked there and the times we visited outside of Lowe's. We always enjoyed receiving his emails and the sweet holiday cards. He will be deeply missed. Our condolences to his wonderful family that he loved dearly. Rest in Peace Jerry
