I had only meet you a few times but it was not hard to see what a respectful, caring and talented young man you were. I had been to a few of your games, watching your Mom and Dad at the games was not hard to see how very proud they were of you. I will never forget Marco and Edith just beaming and a little dancing too at a game last year. They say God only takes the best makes us wonder why. We know you will be near watching always. Just like at the Shark game on the Wed. and the score being 9 to 2 and your #11. You will be greatly missed but never forgotten until we meet again. Denise Beleutz

For many months, spanning 2 plus years I was fortunate enough to not only work beside this young man and his father Marko, but I got know him as a person and even more then that a friend. Every day, I'd watch from a distance, his father Marko take him under his wing and teach him all the things that would help him in the future, no matter what path he chose to take. I was even lucky enough to go to a few of his hockey games. Too see how proud his dad and mom were of him and how excited they were to watch him play hockey was truly heart warming. Sylvain was one of the most humble, nicest, kindhearted and respectful young men that I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. It breaks my heart that he had to leave us so soon. Although he can't be with us physically anymore I know that he will always remain in the hearts of us all. Until we meet again my friend.....
