Our deepest condolences to Italo's Family and friends. My parents, Villa & Teresa Simonetti always spoke very highly and affectionately of Italo and his wife Teresa. He was my dad's cousin and whenever they would have a visit combined with my dad's homemade wine and sausages the conversation would always include memories of growing up together in Italy and the gratitude they had for their new life here in Windsor. May Italo rest in peace now and may the memories of his beautiful life be a lasting comfort to his family. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Lori family. The Simonetti Family.

My father Franco Miliucci was a close friend of Italo. Italo and Teresa were my Godparents. My first hunting experience was with Italo and many more followed. I have many memories and much love for Italo and family. Italo will always have a special place in my heart. RIP Italo.

During hunting season Italo on his way back from the hunt would stop in Toronto to visit my dad Emidio. We, kids at the time would be excited to see him because there would always be a deer in the bed of his El Camino. Mr. Italo small stature but a giant of a man. To me, funny, talkative, kind man that would light up a room. He was cousin to my dad and my dad had nothing but wonderful words for this man. He will be missed but I am happy to have had the pleasure of knowing him. Condolences to the entire family, daughter, granddaughter, and brother. Mario Giachini & Mara Rossi

I worked with Italo in the 1970's/80's at the Children's Aid Society when he was a "handyman" helping out our business manager " "Al Wright" with many C.A.S. group homes. I recall the time Italo and his wife Teresa invited all of the men who worked at the C.A.S. for the Director "Jack Bevan" to their home on Princess Ave. for lunch. This 5 or 6 course meal which included venison lasted over 4 hours. Italo and Teresa treated all of us like Kings. Italo was always friendly and very helpful at the C.A.S. whenever we needed his help. May he rest in peace. Vic Peltier

Your mother Teresa worked for years with me at the Catholic Children's Aid Society and my wife and I came to know your father ( who constructed our driveway) through her. Your parents were extremely proud of you and I know their passing will be a lifelong, heartfelt loss for you and your family. I have great memories of your mother and the caring and professional work she did for us in helping large multi-problem families. They led wonderful , caring lives.
