Jan 20, 2024 my condolences to the Mariotti Family, and Paula - it is with deep regrets to learn of Tony’s passing – such an affable, remarkable friend our days since the U of Windsor are memorable – Tony’s laughter was infectious – he was genuine and transparent – his hospitality and Janet’s at their home was always exceptional – Tony I believe had a great journey through life and a successful one farewell Tony – we will meet again down the road

Oh, my goodness, such a loss. I loved Tony. He was my lawyer for over 30 years and always had a big hug, an invite out with Annie and Georgia, or a cuddle for my dogs who went to visit him too. One reminded him of his Ted. I’m just finding out about Tony’s passing now. I’m so sorry, Annie and Georgia and the Mariotti family. He was such a wonderful and warm character and he will be greatly missed. ~Laurie Sinasac

Anthony was a long time friend to our mom and dad Elsie and Armand Carpene. Elsie was also a very close childhood friend to his dear sister Mary. Our family enjoyed a very trusted relationship with him when professional legal guidance was needed. He was a very special and generous man, great lawyer and will be dearly missed. Rest in peace Tony. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family, Janis, Wendy, Shelley and Richard Carpene

Uncle Tony was like no other; he was my 99 year old mother Mary’s baby brother. His wit and humour and great laugh had us all entertained over the years. He could impersonate anyone! I will always cherish our times together. He was generous to a fault, always buying lunch and dinners for friends, family and coworkers. Our week together in Florida was a blast. I will miss you Uncle Tony. I pray you did not suffer in the end. Your wish to stay in your home and work til the end came true

I called him Uncle Tony because he was like an uncle to me. He would take me to see the Red Wings play, we coached little league baseball together and played golf together. Tony gave me my first set of golf clubs, they were old and beat up, but they were special to me. We had many laughs together and many good memories. Rest in peace Uncle Tony.

So very sad to learn of Tony's sudden passing. My deepest condolences to Paula, Mary, Basil, Georgia, Annie and all his adoring nieces and his nephew.
