GIRARD, Eddy (Elzeor) Passed away peacefully on July 17th, 2008 at the age of 87 in Kelowna, B.C. Loving husband of predeceased Yvette Therrien and Fleurette Therrien. Cherished father of Gloria Tremblay (Paul) of Valleyfield, Qc, Jacquie Allain (George) of London, ON, Lorraine Shuttleworth (Glen) of Kelowna, B.C., Janice Belcher (Scott) of Florida. Loving grandfather of Marc Tremblay (Sue) Ottawa, Paul Jr. Tremblay (Danielle) Valleyfield,Qc, Danielle Allain (Andrew) Terrace B.C., Andrew Allain (Jena) London, ON, Matthew Allain, London, ON, Sean Girard, Kelowna. B.C. Great grandfather of Ottis Broekstra of Terrace, B.C. Survived by many sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law and nieces and nephews. Eddy was a retiree of the CN Express and a veteran of WW II, station in the Aleutian Islands 1942 to 46. Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Friday July 25th from 7 to 9 p.m with a Veterans Memorial Committee service at 7:30 p.m. Family and friends are requested to meet on Saturday, July 26, 2008 at St. Theresa's Church 1991 Norman Rd. from 9 a.m. until time of funeral mass at 9:30 a.m. Interment Our Lady of the Rosary Cemetery.
