Obituary of Rosemary Lopetrone (nee Meluso)

Passed with her loving husband of over 53 years, Francesco, by her side. Cherished mother to Patrick and Theresa Lopetrone (John Buscemi). Predeceased by parents Giuseppe and Teresa Meluso. Survived by step mother, Victoria Meluso and siblings: late John Meluso (late Alice), Frank Meluso (Pat), Maria Grammatico (Vince), Sophie Toffolon (Dan) and Linda Meluso (Sherri Lebert). She will be dearly missed by her many extended family, nieces, nephews and friends, especially Antoinette "Toni" Barzotto.

Rosemary lived her life to have a positive impact on others. She was very caring and nurturing, looking to show love to those in need. She was always there to lend a hand, sacrificing for others which she showed in her active volunteering at Sunrise Senior Living.

Rosemary was a dedicated hair-stylist for many decades developing great relationships with her clients.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, May 11, 2023 from 2-4 and 6-8 with parish prayers at 3:30 p.m. Visitation will continue on Friday, May 12 from 9 a.m. until the time of funeral service at 10 a.m. Fr. Antonio DelCiancio to officiate. Entombment at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens to follow.
