To the 'Three generations' of the family of late Sir Knight Robert Proulx...
Dear members of the Proulx family.... Please accept the prayerful condolences of our Assembly as you face the loss of a loving father, father-in-law, grandfather, great-grand father, brother, and uncle. We are grateful that in 2007, SK Robert joined our Assembly. In so doing, it showed that SK Robert was pleased with his choice to be involved with his Third Degree Council and sought to show his confidence in joining the 'ceremonial and patriotic' wing of the Knights of Columbus. Hence, he was not reluctant to show a spiritual side to his being.
We thank him for this commitment and trust that he will attain his eternal reward. May his family harbor and retain many good memories of him. As an Assembly, we will remember and honour his memory at our annual Remembrance Mass in November of 2023. The details of this special gathering will be passed on to the family. As a memorial gesture and as selected by the family, a brick will be placed in his honour is the 'Knight's Walk' at the McGivney Statute Site within Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
Sincerely,
Jerry J. Marcotte, PGK, FDD
