Obituary of Maria Silvestri

Silvestri (D'Orazio), Maria

Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on March 16, 2023 at the age of 91. 
Loving and devoted wife to the late Elio (2017)
Cherished mom to Dominic (Yolanda), Patricia Arquette (late Elliot) and Remo. 
Proud Nonna to Jennifer, Nadia (Matt) and Lisa Silvestri; Adriana and Adam (Trish) Arquette. 
Caring bis nonna to Nina, Gio and Alessia. Reunited with her parents Donato and  Marianina.
Dear sister to the late Giovanni (Silvana), Pierina (late Antonio), Emilia (late Frank), Lica (the late Paulino) and late Domenico. 
She will be missed by many nieces, nephews and extended family in Canada and Italy.
Maria will always be remembered for the love and devotion she had towards her family,  she loved to cook and sing . 
The family would like to thank the Staff of Huron Lodge for all the care and compassion shown to Maria. 
Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. 519-253-7234 on Monday March 20th,  from 2-5 pm and 7-9 pm. Parish Prayers at 4:30 pm. Funeral Services will take place on Tuesday March 21 at 8:45 am then to St. Angela Merici Church for Funeral Mass at 9:30 am. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
