Obituary of Victoria Pawluk

Passed away peacefully surrounded by her Family at the age of 78. Born in Thunder Bay Ontario to Daniel Messenuk (2002) and Jennie Messenuk (2012). Married and devoted to Gary Pawluk for 52 years. Beloved Mother to Matthew (Heather) Ryan (April) and Andrea (Sean). Cherished Grandmother to Brianna (Mike) and Austin. Family was most important to her and she was extremely proud of their accomplishments. Vicky had a gift for all things Handmade and she practiced and displayed it well having been a long-time Veteran of local craft shows including Art in the Park. Vicky travelled across Ontario exhibiting her works. She was known for her wonderful skills as a sewer, knitter, quilter, woodworker, and jewelry maker. Notably she was particularly talented in the art of primitive rug hooking. Vicky was also an avid gardener and collector of rare plants, an interest that she no-doubt passed on to her children. She was a lover of antiques and all the finer things from years past. Her memory will live on through all of us eternally and may she rest in peace until we meet again. If so desired, donations in memory of Vicky made to the Hospice of Windsor Essex would be greatly appreciated by the family. A private family service has taken place.
