Obituary of Bob Plumb
PLUMB- Robert "Bob" Arthur
It is with immense sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our amazing Brother, Robert Arthur Plumb on Christmas Day, December 25, 2022. Bob, Bobby, Robert, Robbie, Boberto, Uncle Bob, Son, Uber was born on September 16, 1963. He is the son of Ken and Pauline Plumb (2016) He is the most loved and amazing brother of Kenny & Tammy Plumb, John Plumb, Yvonne & Ray Zimmerman and Lorraine & Ahron Goldman. We were gifted with his knowledge and joy for life for 59 years. We honestly could not ask for a better brother. Best and most amazing Uncle to his nieces and nephews whom he considered his own kids. Kayleen and Conor Plumb, Jennifer Plumb, Thomas Plumb, Jack, Mitchell and Curtis Zimmerman and Emma, Olivia and Jacob Goldman and of course, beautiful Azai. Cousin, nephew and brother by heart to many. Bob was loved beyond measure by all who met him, he had a kind generous heart. Bob has too many best friends to mention. We are all heartbroken. If anyone ever needed help in any way, any advice, someone to listen, a hand to hold, Bob was there. As he would say “I will be there in 10 minutes” and he always was, he would also say “I will be back in ten minutes” and he would be. You could always find Bob riding his bike, going for a drive to help someone, being the mediator, or just “taking care of business” as he would often say. Or you would get a text or phone call from Bob out of the blue saying, “I am in the area, going to drop by for a chat or pop”. We will all miss those phone calls. Bob cared deeply, loved fiercely, was extremely protective of family and he wore his heart on his sleeve. Bob was go-to for so many people. He amazed us with his compassion, love and generosity. His laugh will be forever missed. Family meant everything to him. He is with our Parents, and we are so fortunate to have felt his love for our entire life. Bob touched all of us here on this earth. In his passing Bob was able to give the “gift of life” through organ donation. Many families received their Christmas miracle phone call of a healthy organ from Bob. He would love that. Bob always told his friends and family how he felt. Every conversation ended with “I love you” or “I love you man”. Please live your life going forward with these “Bobisms”
