I am so deeply saddened to learn of the passing of wonderful Mrs. Letitia Stanciu. My deepest sympathies, prayers and thoughts are with her family at this very difficult time, as well as in the days and months to come.
As her former parish priest, I remember her, as she always was: full of life and always ready to help. She was the Ladies Reunion President of St. George's Cathedral for a very long time and the Ladies Club flourished under her leadership. She will be reunited with her late parents, Deacon Constantin and mother Natalia, also former parishioners of mine, who were very attached to our Church.
It truly is a sad day for me!
May she rest in peace and her memory be eternal! Dumnezeu s-o ierte si vesnica fie pomenirea sa!
