Obituary of Blaze Perry Hart

HART-Blaze Perry

October 16, 1986- August 3, 2022

Passed away suddenly at a young age of 35 years. Leaving behind his wife Crystal Palmer and his children Blaze and Athena, whom he adored and loved. Loving son of Tracey Cazabon (Nee Turton) and Larry Hart. Brother to Tonya Hart, Chase and Ashley Colenutt, Brooklyn Mailloux and Sarah Aubin. Survived by many Aunts, Uncles and cousins. He will be sadly missed by his close friends Wesley Girardin, Rick St. Louis, Gilbert Beaule and Roger Pillon. Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd on Saturday August 6, 2022 from 2pm and 7pm with words of remembrance at 4pm. Cremation to follow.
