PICKLE, Lorena Pearl (nee Coffey)

A beautiful lady with a lovely smile, who passed away peacefully on July 30, 2022 at the age of 104. Dear wife of the late Marlo. Loving mother of the late Neil, Nancy (Woody) Seguin, Duane (Daphne), and the late Sharon (Don). Special grandmother to 15, great grandmother of 17 and great-great grandmother to many. Lorena spent many hours in her kitchen cooking delicious dinners for her ever expanding family. She spent the last 16 years living at Oak Park in LaSalle, for which we are extremely grateful. The dedicated staff shared the fun group activities, entertainment, outings, games and cards. She became an avid reader and took care of her finances until recently. She also wrote letters, an almost forgotten art today! She had a wonderful memory, reminding us all of special occasions and kept a diary. She will be missed by all who knew her. Cremation has taken place and arrangements entrusted to Windsor Chapel (South Chapel) 3048 Dougall Ave. 519-253-7234

A celebration of Lorena’s life will be planned for late September.
