Obituary of Joseph Desmarais

Desmarais, Joseph Passed away peacefully, on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 in Windsor Extendicare Southwood Lakes, at the age of 93. Beloved husband of the late Rita (1996). Loving father of Paul (Lorna), Patricia Torrell and Frank (Liz). Cherished Pepe of 8 grandchildren and 13 greatgrandchildren. Joseph was the last surviving member of his family, parents and siblings all predeceased. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Joseph had over 38 years service at Hiram Walker. He was a member of several senior card clubs and enjoyed playing many games. Funeral Visitation at Windsor Chapel, Central Chapel, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. East 519-253-7234 on Friday, July 29th from 6-9 pm. Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Mount Carmel, 4401 Mount Royal Dr. on Saturday, July 30th, friends are asked to meet directly at church after 9am with funeral mass at 9:30 am. Interment to follow at Annunciation Cemetery, 463 Comber Side Rd. Stoney Point, no procession, we will meet direct at cemetery following mass.
