Tom/Jane & Sherwell family,
It is impossible for me to know what to say, because words just aren’t enough.
Working for Mr. Sherwell was a great experience over the past 30 years part-time and full-time.
I'm sincerely going to miss him, to ask questions and get guidance and most of all just to sit and have our daily conversations. Farewells are sad, so instead of saying goodbye, I’ll focus on the positive. I am honored and forever grateful to have had the opportunity to work for him.
He always went above and beyond for his clients and was committed to his employees.

Deepest sympathies to Brian's family. Brian was a true gentleman lawyer. I have fond memories of our talks at the Land Registry Office while we waited for other lawyers to show up to close our deals with us and while Brian ate his banana for lunch. He was a sweet and smart man. He will be missed.

My condolences to the Sherwell family, I did not know him very well, but having practice law for 39 years, I've had many deals with him, I'm one of the persons that helped him do "our house deal for us". He had a long career, and a long life. He is the longest practising member of the Essex Law Association, 64 Years. What an Accomplishment.

I knew Brian 1959, when I started working in my dad’s insurance office, Barry Atkinson Agency. We did a lot of business with Brian for so many years. I bought my three homes and he handled all the legal work for me. All my family dealt with him. He was such a gentleman and I enjoyed working with him then. I was so sorry to see that he had passed, he will be missed by many people!

BRIAN Sherwell has been part of my life since my parent's purchased our family home in 1967. He always made us feel secure and looked after. He was there for me on my father's, my husband's and mother's death. He was amazing . He also drove cool cars. He always spoke in a caring manner.
