So Sorry to hear of Jay’s passing. I knew Jay from Brennan and hung out with Jay and Brian and Doug Hicks. Jay was always such a great spirit. There was always lots of laughter. Jay was also my Real Estate Agent for the purchase of my first home. There was no question that we were in good hands with Jay. My thoughts are with the Tessier family at this difficult time. I went to Brennan with Tess and have so many fond memories of those days. From our Theatre Arts classes to lunch hours spent outside listening to jokes, Tess was truly one of the good guys. Always kind and with a smile on his face. He was a friend to all.
Rest In Peace Tess , you will be missed.. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.
Gone too soon. but never forgotten.

Condolences to all the Tessier family. Memories of Tess go back many years through hockey and high school. On the ice he distributed justice with precision body crushing checks to opponents who made the mistake taking a cheap shot at one of his teammates. Off the ice it was a comedy show with him headlining by simply being Tess. Even last week while driving on the 401 it triggered a memory when we would drive to a game he would urgently say “get down get down” and of course it was when we crossing Duck Creek. Tess, our paths haven’t crossed in some time due to timing and geography but I’ve thought of you often when I see an old Ford, an umpire or hear that certain song. You were the epitome of a good and respectful man. Rest easy my friend, you are a Free Bird.

Our hearts are broken and our thoughts and prayers go out to Jay's entire circle. Our family is so sad right now. We have so many wonderful memories. We enjoyed many good times with Jay and his family; from high school, to getting married 2 weeks apart. We had our children close together, and we shared many vacations, from camping to March break water parks and Disney World. There were lots of laughs with too many stories to count. We will treasure these memories forever. Rest in peace friend.

Darlene, Michelle, Jeff, Mrs. Tessier and Jay's family,
I was saddened to hear of Jay's passing, a life well lived but gone too soon. I remember fun days on St. Louis playing hide and seek with our families and your house often being the "home free" base. That big front porch was always a hang out, lots of good times together. Sounds like Jay left his mark in Windsor, just like his Dad. I'm sure they're comparing stories together now. I continue to have fond memories of your family and my heart shares your loss.
Heartfelt Sympathy, Lyn (White)

Jay and I worked many years together off and on from midnights to present day .He was a highly dedicated worker and a wealth of knowledge to have around . All those windshields and back glass that were put in under his watch . If you drive a mini van its more than likely that Jay made sure the glass went into it with the up most quality and care .
I will miss dropping by Jays Team leader Station in my travels . His computer background screen was always the Blue Stones which is his sons Band . I would say the Rolling stones ??? and he would say nope Better !!!. Every time I would drop by we would share a laugh or two .He was one of the nicest guys you ever would meet and he will be so sadly missed by his friends and coworkers here at Windsor Assembly.
My condolences to the Tessier family .
Gone to soon my friend .

Jay was the most well liked guy in our high school class at Brennan. Nice to everyone. Always smiling. Never a bad thing to say. Will always remember the parties, Abars, climbing in the windows when we got to Abars late.... It was nice catching up all those years at the cf walks.

I’m so sad to hear this news. Jay was so kind to me when I was a kid., scared to start grade 9, he showed me where all of my classes were. Soooo many of my teenage memories involve the antics of Tess and my big brother Slantz. I will remember him always as a kind and fun loving guy. RIP “ Jason” you hold a special place in so many hearts ❤️

Hi Jay,
It's Jeff.
I'm so sad that you've left us.
I've lost not only a brother, but a friend.
I'm going to miss you.
Living in Caledon these last 17-18 years, regretfully I didn't get the chance to spend as much time with you as I would've liked. You're a great guy with a wonderful family and it won't be the same here without you around.
Thanks for watching out for Mom all these years, you were a blessing to her.
Michelle, Dar and I will make sure she is OK.
If you're with Dad right now, and I believe you are, give him a hug for me - I miss him too.
Until we meet again.....

My heart is broken. I have such wonderful memories of you. You were my first boy "friend". You me and Gary Bessette. Walking to school, singing Beatles Songs along the way. Laughing till we cried. Smoking way to early. I don't think about Grade School or High School without you in the picture. Over the years we lost touch, families, raising kids, working and living. But always know, you will always have a special place in my heart. be at peace my friend

Our Deepest condolences and prayers to the entire Tessier Family. So many great memories, Jay was always the best of friends, classmate and teammate. Having Jay being part of our lives during our teens, 20's and early 30's really influenced us and help mold us into who we are today. We were honoured to have Jay stand in our wedding party and I was honoured to stand in his.
Rest in peace "Tess"

My deepest condolences to Justin, Katie, Jonathan, Kelly, Brittany, Romel, and all of the Tessier family. Holding each of you very close in my heart. I am so very sorry for your loss. Jay was like a brother to me in many ways, for many, many years since I was 12 years old, through his relationship, and later marriage to my sister Kelly. Always so very welcoming, kind, and great sense of humour. Jay had the best laugh and smile. He will be deeply missed and never forgotten. May he rest in peace.
