Obituary of Celina Aquilina

Aquilina (nee Grech), Celina Maria

Passed away Wednesday, June 29th in Windsor, at the age of 86. She faced her health challenges head on with fortitude, courage and dignity with the support and strength of her loving family.

Beloved wife of Francis "Frank" for over 63 years.

Loving mother of Mary Douglas (Ian), Joe Aquilina and Monica Aquilina.

Cherished Nanna of Natalie Lamont (Rob), Adam Thibert (Cassia), Cole Thibert (Veronika) and Buz-Nanna of Jayce, Ellie, Levi, Lilly and Jensen.

Predeceased by her parents, Carmen and Rosario Grech. Dear sister of Mary, Nina, Sam, Longino and Joe all predeceased and their loving families.

Celina was a devoted mother, nanna and buz-nanna who would do anything for her family. She had a strong faith and sense of duty, always rising to the occasion. She was our Matriarch and cornerstone, adored by her family and friends.

Funeral Visitation at Windsor Chapel, Central Chapel, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. East, 519-253-7234 on Tuesday, July 5th from 2-5 and 7-9 pm. Visitation to continue on Wednesday after 9:30 am until time of Funeral Service at 10:30 am in the funeral home. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
