Obituary of Norma Iris Knowler

KNOWLER, Norma (nee Naugler) On June 24, 2022, Norma Knowler got her angel wings and went to heaven to be with her Lord and reunite with the love of her life on earth, her husband of over 59 years, and best friend Jack (2005). She was 93 years old. Born in Bridgewater Nova Scotia, her dream was to get married and have children. Together Jack and Norma raised 3 wonderful boys and enjoyed travelling across Canada and the U.S.A. Piling all of the boys into the family car and going on spontaneous camping trips elicits fond memories. Nothing in the world meant more then spending time with family and friends. Norma is survived by sons David (Maureen), Jeff (Debbie) and predeceased in 2017 by son Brian (Wendy). Grandchildren; Brian (Cathy), Sandra (Dave), Debbie (John), Kristin (Mike), Kyle and Kiara. Great grandchildren; Grace, Jack, Thomas, Brady, Scarlett and Macy. She will also be very missed by Lina Knowler, as well as many friends, nieces nephews, neighbours and her very special “family” from Grace Baptist Church. A special thank you to Dr. Ferasol and Dr. Rajkumar for the many years of exceptional care given to Norma. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E., 519-253-7234 on Wednesday June 29, 2022 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. A funeral Service will be held on Thursday June 30, 2022 at 10am in the Chapel. Interment to follow at Victoria Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family requested that donations may be made to the Lung Association of Windsor or to a Charity of Your Choice.
