Dear Mamola Family, I was privileged to get to know Clorinda at the Village of St. Clair. She was my mother's table companion for months. She didn't talk very much but we communicated through her signs. She had a cat book the one day and I asked her how many cats she had or did she like them. Two she said. I have cats and showed her pictures on my phone of our cats. Un gatto, she said and touched my phone and smiled. I just said good bye to her on Saturday at lunch, and came into the news of her passing early yesterday. I'm so sorry to hear this, my mother and I enjoyed our time with her and she always pointed her finger or held out her hand to me and I always took it and held it for a moment or two. My deepest condolences on her passing, she will be missed.
