Obituary of Mary Theresa Sorrentino

Mary T. (Ravanello) Sorrentino (97) died peacefully with her family on January 22, 2021 in Spring Hill, Florida. She was born in Nova Scotia in 1923, moved to Windsor, Ontario during her childhood, married the love of her life Albert in 1942 and moved to Michigan. Later in life she moved from Michigan to Florida to be closer to her son and his family. In her lifetime she was a daughter, sister, wife, mother, Nonna and Elementary Teacher. She had a joke for anyone that she met whether they were a stranger in the store, or a familiar face. She is predeceased by her parents, 2 brothers, 2 sisters and her husband. She leaves behind - a sister (brother-in-law), son (daughter-in-law), grandson (granddaughter-in-law and 2 great-grandsons), granddaughter (4 great-grandsons) and another granddaughter. Plus, numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. A funeral service will be held in Spring Hill, FL.
