Obituary of Thomas Michael Deane

Passed away peacefully with loving family by his side, at the age of 79 on January 22, 2021. Survived by his Loving wife Angela (Nee Maini) of 44 wonderful years. Dearest Father to Philip – Anthony, Andrew, and Katherine (Timothy). Proud Grandpa of Avery. Predeceased by his parents Anthony and Emily Deane. Brother to the late Patricia, Raymond (Lynn), Diane (Willi) and Doreen (Wes). Brother-in-law to Ron (Sylvia) and Paul (Maria). He will also be remembered by many niece and nephews. He will fondly be remembered as “Scouter” as he was a member of the scouting community for over 50 years. Tom worked at Windsor Regional Hospital for over 30 years in the Childrens centre as a Recreational Director. A pious Catholic, he was incredibly involved within his church community as a eucharistic minister and usher. He was on the bereavement committee as well as a member of the Knights of Columbus. Tom loved listening to his Country Western and Bluegrass music especially while camping. He was so creative with his wood working, in which he took great pride in. He enjoyed the outdoors and loved to go camping. Toms biggest joy was his granddaughter, he loved to spend time with her. He will be sadly missed by his coffee group.
