Obituary of Linda May Levac

LEVAC, Linda May (nee Corbett) May 15, 1947 – January 16, 2021 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of the heart of our family, Linda, at WRH- Met Campus, on January 16, 2021, at the age of 73. Wonderful and cherished wife of Raymond Levac. Loving Mother of Heidi Boismier (Joseph Rutt) and Monique (Christopher) Lahoud. Dear Grandmother of Ashley Sullivan (Jeff Grenon) and Tangie (Mike) Soltys. Great- grandmother (Meemaw) to Lukas Soltys. Daughter of the late Thomas and Edna Corbett (nee Lafleche). Predeceased by her siblings, Sandra Corbett, Joy Ford, and William Corbett. She is survived by many nieces and nephews. Linda was one of the most intelligent, feisty, loving, and compassionate women around. She was a pillar of strength and the rock of the family. She will be deeply missed by many and will be remembered with fondness by all. “Mom, may you rest in eternal peace and know we will love you forever and a day.” The family would like to extend their sincerest gratitude to the EMS staff and the WRH-Met ICU doctors and nurses who provided exceptional medical care. As per Linda’s wishes, a private family viewing will take place for the family to pay their final respects and cremation will follow.
