Deepest sympathies to the passing of a wonderful lady. “Mrs Hanson” was always a bright light at St Barnabas church and her endless support of the church through the Pollyanna group made a big difference. The whole Hanson family was a part of my youth at St Barnabas (&Bob was even a co-worker for a short period of time) and I send out prayers for their loss. Mark Winterton

Elsie was a very dear friend. She was the most thoughtful and caring person and was always genuinely interested in other people and the world around her. She was delightful and cheerful to be with and always had a kind word. I feel very fortunate to have known her and she is greatly missed. Elsie - Such a beautiful soul, inside and out. Always a pleasure to be around. So positive and upbeat. Her laugh and smile was infectious. Everyone that knew her loved to be around her. Elsie and Bob, once again united....that is true love!

Steven,Louise,David and Philip: I am so sorry to about the loss of Aunt Elsie. She was person that made her home open to all. She helped many through some trouble and hurtful times and things always seemed to turn out better. She gave of herself a hundred percent and then some. Dan is not able to be here as you know he is in Nova Scotia but he sends his condolences. May she rest in eternal peace and may you all find comfort in knowing she is with Uncle Bob and in remembering all the good times you had as a family. I know you have many to reflect on.
