Obituary of Giacinto Morga

MORGA, Giacinto March 1, 1926 - August 22, 2021 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved father, nonno, brother and uncle Giacinto "Gino". Devoted husband of the late Luigia "Gina" Morga. Dear father of Antonio (Marie) and Philomena Germani (Andy). Loving nonno of Jaclyn (Jules), Erica, Giulia and Kristen. Brother to late Gerarda (Michele) Tersigni and Raffale (Sabatina) Morga. Brother-in-law to late Gerardo (Gerarda) Mancini. Predeceased by parents Michele and Filomena Morga. He will be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. Gino immigrated to Canada from Settefrati, Italy in 1953. He was a very talented construction worker and a proud 60 plus year member and respected business manager of LIUNA Local 625. Gino loved spending time with his family enjoying good food, homemade wine and gardening. Visitation will take place at Windsor Chapel (Banwell Chapel) on Friday, August 27, 2021 from 10:30 - 1:30 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 1:30 in the Chapel.
