Obituary of Mariantonia Piazza

PIAZZA, Mariantonia

Passed away peacefully on June 06, 2021 at the age of 84.

Predeceased by her loving husband Andrea, in 2003.

Mariantonia was a dedicated mother first and foremost. She treasured her family and embraced every moment with them.

She is survived by her three sons, Enzo and wife Milena, Joe and wife Susan, Frank and wife Enza.

She especially loved her role as Nonna and will be forever cherished by Andrew, Olivia, Sabrina, Christine, Lucas and Alessia.

Loving sister to Giovanna Mazza and Frank Piazza.

Predeceased by her parents Giuseppe and Giovanna.

Mariantonia was a homemaker and truly enjoyed spending time in the kitchen creating delicious meals with fresh vegetables from her garden.

As the Piazza family matriarch, she leaves behind cherished memories of large family gatherings filled with love and laughter.

Special thanks to the great staff at Chartwell and the fantastic Doctors and Nurses at WRH-Met Campus who cared for her in her last hours.

Funeral Visitation at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (519-253-7234) 11677 Tecumseh Road East on Wednesday June 9, from 6-9 p.m.

Private Funeral Mass Thursday, June 10, 2021 and entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest.

Masks are required at visitation, Funeral Service and Cemetery
