Obituary of Nazira Hallett

HALLETT, Nazira<br/>May 5, 1944 - January 1, 2021<br/>It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother. Predeceased by husband, George. Beloved mother to Elias, Elaine (Darren) and Peter. Proud grandmother to Noah, Gabe and Remy. Sister to Katharina Akoury (Makoul) of Lebanon, Elias El Helou (Lilianne), late Youssef Helou. Sister-in-law to Tony Hallett (late Aida) and Elie Hallett (Mona), late Joseph Hallett (late Nancy) and late Salwa Murr (late Joseph). Predeceased by parents Chakib and Hanneh. She will be dearly missed by her many nieces and nephews. Nazira will be fondly remembered for always being sure that everyone was well fed and being a mother to all. Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel (Central Chapel) on Wednesday, January 6, from 3:30-5:30 & 7-9 p.m. Maskes and reservations are required to attend the visitation. Please call 519-253-7234 between 8:30 - 4 to book. A private family Funeral Mass will be held at St Peter's Maronite Church followed by interment at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
