Obituary of Christos Papadontas

PAPADONTAS, Christos Passed away peacefully on November 26, 2019 at the age of 81. Beloved husband to Fotini (nee Mantzioura) with whom he celebrated 52 years of marriage. Loving father to Gianni and Janice Papadontas, George and Dimitra Papadontas. Cherished Papou to Panorea and Christos Papadontas. Dear brother to Konstantinos, Paraskevi, Theoharis, Maria and their families in Greece. Also survived by many cousins in Canada. Christos retired from Chrysler Canada after 30 years of dedicated service. He was a member of Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church since 1967and a member of Unifor Local 444. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. 519.253.7234 on Friday, November 29, 2019 from 3-5pm and 7-9pm with Thrice Holy Hymn Service at 7:30pm. Friends will be received on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church (3052 Walker Rd., Windsor) for Funeral Service at 11:30am. Burial to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church.
