Obituary of Gary Maurice Parent

Parent, Gary Peacefully on September 7, 2019 with his loving family by his side at WRH-Met Campus at the age of 66. Predeceased by his parents Gerald and Janet Parent. Loving and devoted husband of Nadia (nee Arnini). Cherished father of Nikki Parent and Olivia Western (Patrick). Dear brother of Sandy O’Malley (Don), Jim Parent, Sharon Muzzin (Rick), Gayle Parent (Phil) and Ron Parent (Jeannie). Dear son in-law of Gianna Arnini (the late Gino). Survived by his brother in-law Carlo Arnini (Nancy) and his God daughter Eva. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Gary will be dearly missed by his good friends Graziano “Gizzy”, Gino, Kim and Jim. A special thank you to the doctors and nurses at WRH-Met Campus 5 and 6N for all of your loving care, compassion and support during this difficult time. As per Gary’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Memorial visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL, (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Road E, 519-253-7234 on Friday, September 13, 2019 from 5-7 p.m. If you desire, memorial donations in Gary's memory may be made to the Windsor Regional Cancer Centre.
