Obituary of Giuseppe "Pippo" Bruni
Passed away peacefully with his family by his side at the age of 87. Reunited with his loving wife Santina (nee Bianchi) with whom he shared 50 years of marriage. Cherished father of Ivo, Roberto and Carol. Proud Nonno of Bianca & Adrian. Predeceased by his sisters Florinda Bruni & Seconda Gentili. Giuseppe will also be missed by his nieces, nephews, cousins & many friends he made over the years. Giuseppe retired from Chryslers after 30 years of service and remained an active member of the C.A.W. (Local 444). He also was a skilled tradesman in plaster and acoustics and took great pride in his work. He was an active member of the Caboto Club. Giuseppe devoted much of his spare time to helping and coaching the Caboto Specials and was involved with the Special Olympics for many years.
A thank you to the staff at Oak Park Terrace, where he resided for the last 5 years, for their care and compassion.

Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. 519-253-7234. On Thursday, August 15, 2019 from 2-5 & 7-9pm. Parish Prayers at 4:30pm. Funeral services beginning at 8:30am on Friday, August 16, 2019 from the funeral home with procession to St. Angela Merici Church (980 Louis Ave) for the Funeral Mass at 9:30am. Entombment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. If so desired, donations to the Caboto Specials, in memory of Giuseppe, would be greatly appreciated by the family.
