I came to know Ed over the years as he always showed up at "Elvis" festivals and shows and took hundreds of photos which he gave me and the performers. His work was very much appreciated and he will truly be missed. May his memory be a blessing and comfort to all who knew and loved him. Richard Rosenthal

My most recent photo of Ed (on the other side of the camera for once) and daughter Gayle enjoying breakfast together on Father's Day, 2019 at the Windsor Moose Lodge. Thank you Gayle for "entrusting your dad to us on so many occasions taking photo and sharing chuckles and sometimes ... tears in the company of our Veterans and military families. Whenever I walked into a room, the 1st thing everyone asked was, "Where's Ed"! Best memories of an exceptional and dedicated man will be kept in my heart. Andrea Grimes

I met Edison while working at the Canadian Automobile Association. My late wife, Sheila, taught photography at Belle River DHS. I told her about Ed and she arranged for him to talk to her classes. It was the beginning of a wonderful friendship that lasted until Sheila died in September, 2004. When I remarried in July, 2006 Edison was training a student in wedding photography. He charged us only a very nominal rate that he probably turned over to his student. He took over 400 pictures! He was an absolutely wonderful person, never without a smile, and a brilliant photographer as evidenced by the many awards he took home. My wife Lanny and I will miss him very much, Stephen Kurtz and Lanny Joffe

My deepest Condolences to Ed's family. I had the pleasure of meeting Ed by chance with my daughter who was very interested in photography, he immediately invited her and I to the Camera Club and made us feel very welcomed. He gave many pointers to my daughter with her photography career. She is now an amazing Maternity, Newborn, Engagement, Wedding, Family photographer! RIP Ed <3

I am so dearly sorry for your loss. He was always so sweet to us girls who competed in the Miss Tecumseh pageant every year, he took some of my favourite photos last year. He will be very missed. - Kallie Szarka
