Obituary of David George Maxwell

Maxwell, David Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 5th surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Mary (nee Johanson) for 56 years. Loving father of Lisa Jones, Sharon Maxwell and Bob Maxwell (Simone). Cherished grandpa of Caitlin and Morgan Jones, Lauren, Grace, Julia, Sarah and Matthew Maxwell. Dear brother of Nancy Maxwell and the late Graham Maxwell (2002). Dear brother in law of Rev Eleanore Johanson and the late Rev. James Johanson (2018). Dave retired after 33 years with the Windsor Utilities Commission (Hydro Division) and enjoyed 25 years of retirement. He will be forever remembered by his family as a caring husband, father and grandpa. Donations to Heart & Stroke Foundation or Windsor Regional Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family. At Dave’s request cremation has taken place. Memorial Visitation at Windsor Chapel (Banwell) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. 519-253-7234 on Monday, June 17th from 2-5 & 7-9 pm and after 10 am Tuesday.
