Obituary of Vincenza DeSantis

DeSantis, Vincenza (nee Malizia) Born on October 11, 1926 and passed away at home on December 14, 2020 with her loving family at her side. Beloved wife of the late Sisto DeSantis. Loving mother of Antonio, and Dominic (Susie). Cherished nonna of Michael (Vashti), Andrea Neveu (Richard), Alaina Alexander (Travis), and bis-nonna of Greyson, Xander and Magnolia. Predeceased by her siblings in Italy, Vincenzo, Sozio, Lorenzo, Antonio, Columba and Giovanni. Vincenza is also survived by many nieces and nephews. A special thank you to nurse Gina and the PSW workers, especially Sandy and Dr. Bergeron and Filomena from Hospice for their care, compassion and loving support. Vincenza enjoyed cooking and baking, and was known to do all the baking for weddings, and family get togethers. She will be dearly missed by all those who know her. Visiting at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) on Thursday, December 17, 2020 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Parish prayers at 3:30 p.m. A private family funeral Mass will take place on Friday, December 18, 2020 at St. Angela Merici Church. Entombment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens. Please note, masks must be worn at all times while in the funeral home, church and cemetery. Reservations are required to attend the visitation.
