Obituary of Grazia Peralta

PERALTA, Grazia "Grace"<br/>Passed away peacefully in God's arms on December 10, 2020 at Village at St. Clair. Reunited with her beloved husband Peter (2014). Loving and devoted mother to Vicky Masotti (Bruno) of Windsor and Margie Grondin of LaSalle. Cherished and much loved Nonna to MaryGrace Jessop (Alan), Laura Masotti, and Peter Grondin. Great-grandmother to Wyatt Jessop. Mother in-law of Bob Grondin. Predeceased by parents Vincenzo and Margherita Tilotta. Dear sister to Vincenza Sciacca (late Baldassare) and the late Angela and Franco Bonura. Dear sister in-law to Annette Peralta (late Nicholas) and the late Frank Peralta. Daughter in-law to the late Theresa Peralta. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Grace was a woman of great faith, courage and strength. We would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to Dr. F.S. Demarco and his staff, especially Emily and Sonia for the wonderful care received throughout the years. Many thanks to the entire staff at Village at St. Clair, especially Dr. Shen, Stacey, Karla, Barb, Denise, Cherie, Jacqui for the compassionate care given to our mother. Our heartful thanks to Fr. Michael Dwyer for his guidance and compassion. A private family service will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E.
