Obituary of James Oliver Grass

GRASS, JAMES OLIVER Passed away peacefully, on April 17, 2019 at 98 years of age. Survived by wife Claire (nee Damboise). Dear father of Douglas (Rochelle) Grass and Kevin Grass. Dear grandfather of Shannon, and Cherie. Dear great grandfather of Arthur and Isabelle. Dear brother of Robert, Shirley, John and predeceased by Marge, Dutch, Tom, Gladys and several nieces and nephews. James served in the navy during WWII. He was retired from Via Rail and was an avid golfer. Visiting on Saturday, April 27 2019 at the WINDSOR CHAPEL( Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. 519-253-7234 from 11am, until the time of a combined Veteran's Service under the auspices of the Windsor Veteran's Memorial Service Committee and Funeral Service at 1:30pm. Interment at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. As an act of kindness, donations may be made to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation.
