Obituary of Mario Conciatori

CONCIATORI, Mario With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Mario on April 16, 2019 at the age of 74 years. Loving husband of Amelia for 50 years. Adored father of Marisa (Emile) Nabbout, Cristina, Clara (Dino) DeSantis & Vittoria (Adam) Fortier. Predeceased by his parents Luigi and Iolanda. Cherished brother to Rossana (Cosimo) Moceri. Loving Nonno of Mario, Joseph, Vanessa, Amy, Salina, Alex, Matthew, Jake, Emily, Natalie, Steven & Ashley. Mario will be greatly missed by many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews & cousins. Mario enjoyed his retirement after 35 years at Ford, spending most of his time in the garden and tending to his fig trees. Mario was a very proud member of the Ciociaro Club since its earliest days. Mario’s true passion was to care for his family. A big thank-you to LHIN, St. Elizabeth nurses, especially Jane, and the kind and compassionate care Mario received during his short stay at Hospice. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (central chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E, 519-253-7234 on Saturday April 20, 2019 from 2-5pm & 7-9pm. Parish prayers Saturday at 4:30pm. Funeral service on Monday April 22, 2019 at 10am from the funeral home then to St. Angela Merici Church for Funeral Mass at 11am. Entombment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
