Obituary of Frances (Franziska) Seider

It is with broken hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Frances on March 4, 2019 at the age of 95. Reunited with her husband, Frank (1998) with whom she shared 52 years of marriage. Loving mother to Rudy (Linda) Seider, the late Walter Seider, and Rose MacDonald. Frances will be missed by her grandchildren, Lisa (Rodd) Davies, Carine (Scott) Schofield, Carl (Karen) Seider, and their families, as well as Walter’s children. She will be fondly remembered by her family in Germany. Frances was proud to be a part of the Catholic Women’s League of St. Michael’s Church where she was a member since 1958. Her passion was cooking and baking for her family, especially her cakes and cookies. In the summer, she could often be found tending to her garden and flower beds. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Road East 519-253-7234 on Saturday, March 9, 2019 from 11am until the time of her Prayer service at 12:30pm.
