Obituary of Pierre Gaudette

It is with saddened hearts that we announce the passing of Pierre on March 2, 2019 at 91 years of age. Loving husband of Beatrice with whom he shared 35 years of marriage. Reunited with his loving parents Philias and Laurentia Gaudette. Cherished father of Michel (Yvette) Gaudette, Lucille (Marc) Comartin, Luc Gaudette (predeceased), Marguerite (Jim) Laughlen, Hélène (Bob) Ross, Helene (Bill) Timuik, Rene (Laurel) Mantha, Francine Sorrell, Bernice (Rob) Horne, Marc Mantha and Yvan (Colleen) Mantha. He will also be missed dearly by his 19 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren. Predeceased by his brothers Almo (Germaine) Gaudette, Gérald Gaudette and sister Evelyn Gaudette. He will be remembered by many nieces and nephews. Pierre retired from Chrysler after 40 years of dedicated service. He will also be remembered for his love of sports, playing baseball, hockey and especially rooting for the Montreal Canadiens. A special thank you to the staff at Brouillette Manor for your care and compassion given to Pierre. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. East, 519-253-7234 on Wednesday March 6, 2019 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Visitation will continue at Our Lady of the Atonement Church (2940 Forest Glade Dr.) on Thursday March 7, 2019 from 9:30 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Joachim Cemetery.
