Obituary of Ilija Stevanovic

STEVANOVIC, Ilija It is with saddened hearts that we announce the passing of Ilija on January 20, 2019 with his loving wife at his side. Loving husband of Zorica for many years. Cherished and devoted Tato of Radovan Stevanovic and wife Francesca, Vesna Stevanovic and Slavica Karbouzian and husband Alan. Adored Dedo of Cristian, Braden and Kashus. Predeceased by his parents Krsto and Slavka Stevanovic. Dear brother of Branka Misovska and late husband Jovica of Macedonia. Beloved uncle of Nebojsa and Jasmina. Ilija will be sadly missed by many relatives, cousins and friends in Canada, U.S. and Macedonia. A special thank you to Dr. Kadri, Ilija’s family Doctor Dr. Sleiman and the staff at Windsor Regional Hospital- Renal Dialysis Unit. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. East, 519-253-7234 on Wednesday January 23, 2019 from 2-5 & 7-9 p.m. Prayers Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday January 24, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. from the Funeral Home, then to St. Nicholas Macedonian Orthodox Church for Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
