Obituary of Santina Del Bianco

It is with broken hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Santina, our loving Mother, Nonna and Bis-Nonna, on October 24, 2018 at the Village of Aspen Lake, at the age of 88. Reunited with her beloved husband Antonio (2009). Loving mother to John and wife Sharon Del Bianco, Marisa and husband Larry Dean. Cherished Nonna to Derek Dean (Andrea), Jenelle Caron (Jordan), Vanessa Del Bianco, and Michael Del Bianco. Bis-Nonna to Sullivan, Theodore and Aleksander. Dear sister to Tarsilla Nascimben and late husband Tony, Onorina Del Col and late husband Mario, Delfina Mascarin and husband Rino. Predeceased by brothers Quartino Lus and surviving wife Bruna, and Remo Lus and surviving wife Luciana. Dear sister in-law to the late Regina and husband Ertilio Rubli, late Fr. Italo Del Bianco, and survived by Luciano Del Bianco and wife Augustina. Santina will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. A heartfelt thank you to the incredible and devoted staff at the Village of Aspen Lake, (Tecumseh Neighbourhood angels) for providing Santina many years of exceptional care, kindness and compassion. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. 519.253.7234 on Sunday, October 28, 2018 from 7pm - 9 pm. Relatives and friends will be received on Monday, October 29, 2018 at St. Angela Merici Church (980 Louis Ave., Windsor) for Santina's Funeral Mass at 11:00 am. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Windsor-Essex or the Village of Aspen Lake, Family Council.
