Martin, Patricia AnnePassed away peacefully with family by her side on October 8, 2018 at the age of 56 years. Loving mother of Anthony and Patrick DiCesare and the late Robbie Martin (1997). Cherished daughter of Carl Martin and the late Joanne Allen. Adored sister of Sharon Martin and Donald Martin, and aunt of Samantha Rastin and Ashley Mullen. Cremation has taken place.
